Designed to maximize comfort in a compact space, The Perch Haus offers approximately 300 square feet of thoughtfully arranged living space. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, while the loft includes two full-size beds that are perfect for children or adventurous guests. Please note that the loft has approximately three feet of headroom and is best suited for younger guests.

The fully equipped kitchenette includes a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and essential cooking tools, making it easy to prepare meals during your stay. A comfortable dining area and cozy living space provide the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring the Hill Country.
