Hey y'all! We're Luke and Michelle, the family behind Bird Haus Farms, a unique vacation rental destination in Spring Branch, Texas, near Bulverde and the Guadalupe River.
We're two small-town Texans who met, married, and eventually traded Austin's city lights for the wide-open spaces and starlit skies of the Texas Hill Country. After more than a decade of calling this area home, we've fallen in love with the slower pace, beautiful scenery, wildlife, and small-town charm that make the Hill Country such a special place to visit.
Welcome to Our Little Piece of the Texas Hill Country
When we first bought the property, one of the only things here was a charming old tree house. Our then three-year-old took one look at it and called it a "Bird House." Just like that, Bird Haus Farms had its name.
Over the years, our little piece of the Texas Hill Country has grown along with our family. Today, our lively crew includes three energetic kids, two mischievous cats, cows, chickens, and plenty of wildlife that regularly wanders through the property.
What started as our family's home has grown into a place where we can share the Hill Country experience we love with guests from near and far.
