Depending on seasonal rainfall, river conditions can vary. Please note that the Guadalupe River has experienced periods of low water levels and may be dry during certain times of the year.

With four spacious bedrooms, the home comfortably accommodates families and groups. Two primary suites each feature king-size beds and private attached bathrooms, while a third bedroom includes another king bed and the fourth bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, giving everyone a relaxing place to recharge.
