Located in Bulverde, you’re 5 minutes from tubing and kayaking on the Guadalupe River, 25 minutes from New Braunfels and Boerne, 30 minutes from Blanco, and under an hour from Fredericksburg and San Antonio. The home runs on a rainwater system, so please conserve. Walmart and H-E-B are a short drive away.
