The Farm Haus at Bird Haus Farms is a spacious farmhouse rental in Bulverde, TX that sleeps up to 10 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. The downstairs primary suite has a king bed and an attached bathroom, upstairs has a second king bedroom, and the bunk room fits a king bed plus a queen bunk set.

Located in Bulverde, you’re 5 minutes from tubing and kayaking on the Guadalupe River, 25 minutes from New Braunfels and Boerne, 30 minutes from Blanco, and under an hour from Fredericksburg and San Antonio. The home runs on a rainwater system, so please conserve. Walmart and H-E-B are a short drive away.
