Secluded RV site with spectacular views! NEW swimming hole– waiver required to swim.

Bird Haus Farms was established in 2019. We have 20 acres in the hill country close to Fredericksburg, Boerne, San Antonio and New Braunfels. We are also a 3 minute drive to Guadalupe Canoe Livery where you can rent tubes and kayaks on the river. We love hosting– we have 4 short term rentals on the property.

We are central to the Texas Hill Country– within minutes to San Antonio (30 min), New Braunfels (25 min), Boerne (25 min) and Fredericksburg (60 min). There is a Wal Mart and HEB Grocery just across the highway.

15 minutes to Guadalupe state park!

Enjoy our beautiful swimming hole in the summer.

We do have chickens and cows on the property and other guests with dogs– please keep your pets on a leash. We also have 2 cats. There could be some cow patties near the site- we keep a shovel close by if you’d like to move it away from your set up.

Electrical hookup available. 50 amp.

Water hookup available- we provide 250 gallons (rainwater). If you need more it’s a $100 charge for 250 gallons.

Sewage hookup available.

Campfires are allowed as long as there is no active fire ban.
